According to the information in "Installed Updates" W7 Service Pack 3 is installed on my computer, but when I check the computer info in Properties, it doesn't say Service Pack 3 under the text "Windows 7 Home Premium Copyright, etc I could use some help. Just after posting the question I just realized that it was Service Pack 3 for Microsoft Office, and not Windows, but I didn't know how to delete the question.
Finally, I had to install Service Pack 1 manually since windows 7 sp3 iso 32 bit download free download didn't do it automatically, but everything is ok now.
