I have one user in where upon opening Outlook it keeps prompting for the password over and over. Sometimes clicking cancel it goes away and outlook opens and shows "connected" and other times it will say "needs password". I've been through a few posts on here that said to check and remove certain hotfixes if they were installed one was KB forgot the other but they weren't on there.
When I try to create a new profile it keeps prompting for the password over and over. Any suggestions? Please open Outlook in Safe Mode and check how it works.

I just did a complete removal of Officecleared the credentials again in the credential manager and re-installed Office from her Office portal but it's still prompting for the credentials when opening Outlook. If I click cancel it disappears and Outlook connects to Exchange without and problems but it shouldn't be prompting.
